I dreamed about a mockingbird. Only it wasn't a mockingbird, it was a brown dung beetle that flew onto my face and clung onto my lip. I pulled it off.

Jason and I lived in top of Jeremy's department store, and one day he didn't lock the door and the store owner stole all our things and wrote a note offering to sell them back at 10% of their value. He told us to meet him at another store downtown. I tried to file a police report, but the police were on his side. They grabbed me and filled out a fake report. I ended up wandering downtown by myself, into a grocery store with a weird little Asian anime girl running it, and onto some streets with rude street people. I ended up in a desert with all my stuff scattered about, and that's when I saw the "mockingbird," which I thought was supposed to be a good omen. Only it was a dung beetle, and it tugged on my lip. I'm not sure if it left a mark.

How We Failed to Protect Kesha

What is the worth of a woman? What is the worth of her body, her safety, her heart, her career? And once you determine it, how does it hold up to the worth of a man, a business, a conglomeration? Or does it not hold up at all?

This makes me so angry and sad, I can’t work right now. Kesha is in a hellish situation.
