Personal Training

Hello friends! I am a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and I was wondering if I created a weekly email with content including a healthy lifestyle (exercise and/or dietary tips and tricks) would anyone be interested in signing up for my email list? 

Educational background includes:

1. BS in Health Sciences from James Madison University with a minor in Chronic Illness

2. Currently working on a MS in Health Sciences though the University of Central Arkansas (will graduate in December 2018)

3. Certified silver sneakers instructor (basically group fitness classes for the aging population)

4. Certified water aerobics instructor through Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA)

5. CPR/AED certified 

Experience:

1. I worked as a wellness coach, personal trainer, water aerobics and silver sneakers instructor at my local YMCA for 1.5 years 

2. I worked as a Fitness Specialist at a retirement community for a year teaching multiple fitness classes for independent living, assisted living, memory care, and end of life care residents 

3. I have worked as a freelance trainer for multiple individuals with multiple limitations/athletic abilities

4. I currently work as a physical therapy technician at an orthopedic outpatient clinic

 I am beginning the process of growing my own personal training business so I can eventually leave my full time job, so I would love to provide as much content as I can!
