Summary: Frank and Eddie have adopted a 13 year old, their doing their best to make sure their kid knows about their culture but also that they feel safe even if they have social anxiety as they love their new child
Notes:Reader is based off of me, all of the experience is what has happened to me, Y/N doesnât know Spanish or anything as Iâm still learning it
-They might not understand social anxiety but theyâll completely respect it, they make sure to comfort you and allow you to do things that calm you down.
-If you ask questions about your culture Frank is immediately bringing out books, pictures, and videos so you can learn more. If you wanna learn Spanish or another language then theyâll also learn it with you!
-They explain to the neighbors about your social anxiety and why you donât often talk to them. Everyone understand and makes sure to go at your own pace.
-Eddie takes you to work with him sometimes. You have your own little mail man outfit that matches his, your his little mailbox helper!
-Frank teaches you about all types of butterflies but you also distract him from waiting for Howdy to be a butterfly as Frank is busy making sure your safe
-If you ask for hispanic treats theyâll see if howdy can get them somehow because 1. They wanna try it as well and 2. Itâs from your culture why would they deny it!? Usually takes a few days for howdy to get

Matteo and Frank donât talk a lot but they donât hate each other.
Matteo is a bit iffy on Wally as Wallyâs staring sorta scares him but he considers Wally a friend.

Poppy is basically Matteoâs aunt figure so their bffs,Barnaby reminds him of a uncle and brother and their also Bffs,Eddie and Matteo just bound over everything.

First it was Poppy to have theseâŠmemories about Y/N. Wally found her on the floor holding her head. âPoppy..are you okay?â Soon Poppy looked up giving a soft smile but it was obvious she was very confused.
âYeâŠah,Iâm just having some flashbacks or memories. I was just a little chick who couldnât fall asleep when I saw someone who looked a lot like Y/N and sounded a lot like them looking up at me then climb up to talk to me. We talked until I fell asleep. I remember hearing the person count something then leftâŠIâm so confusedâ Wally was worried for his dearest friend. âMutt missed Y/N so Mutt went to find Y/N! Mutt is sorryâ Y/N sighed as they cradled Muttâs head in their chest. Mutt smiled at feeling Y/N rub his head. âItâs fine mutt,you know I just worry so much about you and the others. I donât want you hurt so please promise me not to go outside unless Iâm with you..okay?â âOkay! Mutt understands!â Y/N smiled as their wolfy friend went to his bed and played with his guitar as house was soundproof so no one outside of house can hear inside.
House sighed happily or let some noise to know that theyâll be at bay much longer now making Y/N smile. âNow..where are your brothers mutt?â âAsleep!â âHmmâŠmaybe Iâll make apple pie and some milkshakes so we can eat themâŠyeah that sounds goodâ

-Oh sheâs so impressed with you being a playwrighter(?) that most times sheâll watch you write them! Most times people find you and Sally in silence as you write for new things and she just hums softly
-Sometimes youâll write for her plays when sheâs used up all of her ideas that moment! You come up with all sorts of plays as long as sheâs given you a prompt! You can go off of a lot with one prompt!
-When you write a play sheâll make it where you two act out the play! If thereâs a love interest youâll play it so she can play them out with you! Usually she doesnât play the part where one of the characters have a love interest as she just wants to be romantic with you even if itâs for an act!
-She literally makes sure you donât overwhelm or overwork yourself by stealing your work supplies then hiding them. She knows you like writing but she doesnât need you overworked so please take a break every so often with her
-Sometimes youâll have her read things to see if they make sense for the plays. She gives her honest yet soft honesty when you give her the paper to edit it.
It was silent in Sallyâs house which meant Y/N was making another play and Sally was watching. The only thing heard throughout the house was humming from Sally. Sally was resting her head against Y/Nâs shoulder as she wrote,it was very peaceful and calming for them both. It happens often and always makes them forget of all the problems in the world even for a while.
