Health is what I strive for- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Got my Meds for the week set up. All my vitamins to make sure I don't miss anything with my new vegan lifestyle. Going vegan has helped my depression/bipolar so much just in the last couple months. But definitely still make sure to take those meds too. It's all connected 💊

Weight and period loss
Hey guys! I switched to a vegan diet a little over a month ago and I've lost 10lbs since then. Now my period is late and it's ALWAYS right on time (I've religiously tracked it on an app for 4+ years). Has anyone else experienced this since going vegan or losing weight? For the record, I'm getting enough nutrients and 1200-1500 calories a day
