[𝓲𝔃𝓾𝓴𝓾] – “ No, i’m not embarrassed to be seen with you, Toga-chan, “ Midoriya defended himself lightly, despite a certain fact.. He could still get all flustered and weird around a girl whenever one talks to him and definitely when one decides to do what Toga’s doing. It proves this point further when his cheeks redden the slightest bit when he felt Toga squeeze his hand, letting him know that her hand was still clasped in his own scarred one.
“ Yes, yes, “ He rolled his eyes a bit. “ I know you can be great at hiding from the heroes, but I still worry, Toga-chan !! “ Midoriya answered the second thing with a sigh… He couldn’t just not acknowledge the skills the other girl had. She’s been slipping out of the pro-heroes’ hands from quite some time now, always avoiding them and managing to give them the slip. She hasn’t gotten caught yet, and Midoriya would think she wouldn’t anytime soon. Now, Midoriya himself is also good at hiding in plain sight, as no one really thinks twice much about his bland appearance, but as he said, he still worries… They still had plans, big plans, to carry out and he didn’t want that to crumble away because they weren’t careful enough to not get caught.
He allowed the girl to begin pulling him from his work space, dragging him towards the exit of the League’s hideout. He sighed, knowing that Toga didn’t plan to let a single soul know of their departure. He knew the type of girl she was… Oh well, Midoriya didn’t care too much for it. He was still needed in the League if their plans were going to work, they wouldn’t dare try anything. Besides, they know damn well of his, and Toga’s, abilities.
“ Toga-chan, “ He shook his head with a slight chuckle. “ I can protect myself just fine !! But, should we have to, then you can kill somebody. “
The pleased smile on her face grew into a large grin as she hauled Deku towards the door, a light blush forming on her cheeks as they started to step out into the street. It was just so sweet of him! Complimenting her and worrying about her all in the same sentence! It was almost too much for her heart to take! Every time Deku complimented her skills, she always felt her heart flutter, and she knew just how deep her love for her sweet Deku ran. She couldn’t remember any past boyfriend of hers she loved so much, she’d swear this was true love!
“Awh... baby! You’re totally adorable right now! I’d, like, eat you up right now if I could!”
While it might have been endearing coming from another’s mouth, it was common knowledge in the league just how literal those words could be. She often fantasized about making even the smallest of incisions into his skin, but Toga knew the boss would have her head for that. Turning her frustrations onto the outside world was her only escape and she was almost daring for someone to come for her Deku only so she could release the tension. She expected them to move back and forth without issue, however, and she knew if any do-gooder tried to get in their way, Deku could handle himself almost as good as anyone with a quirk could. In fact, it even surprised her sometimes when she saw how well Deku could slide in and out of society without so much as someone batting an eye. He wasn’t too bad of a shot with that gun of his either. She would’ve sworn he was some goody-goody schoolboy if she didn’t know any better!
Still, if someone with a powerful enough quirk reared their head, Toga was more than ready to keep them from harming him. Toga knew this city like the back of her hand, she needed to in order to slip away from any heroes with dangerous quirks. She always kept her eyes out for the police patrols and tried to remember their patterns, keeping them away from any of the more dangerous spots. Toga kept her eyes peeled for anyone that looked as if they could recognize her, anyone that did would be a threat and she couldn’t let threats get in the way. Attempting to blend in with the crowds, she kept a tight grip on Deku’s hand as they marched on, making sure he knew she’d never let him go. If they kept their pace without any interruption, they’d be able to see the stores in another ten minutes.
“I haven’t been out, in like... forever! I’ve been so busy helping the League out I haven’t had a chance for any me time! You’ve got to, like, take me to all the best places and buy me lots of stuff, kay?”
