Alrighty, i dont usually comment or watch these videos every single day (i just dont have the time to) but here's my rant, cause after watching todays video i just cant stand being quiet anymore: I found out charles in 2012 right after his first brain surgery and i was amazed at how well he handled the whole thing. Being a medical student, i always knew that oligodendrogliomas tend to go from benign to malignant (like they go from grade 2 to 3, just like what happened to charles). Anyways, he remained positive and i dont think the viewers did really get how serious the situacion was. I kept on watching every now and then cause the vlogs always managed to put a smile on my face. And i was always happy to read the comments and see how much of a family this whole thing really was. Then i heard the terrible news about the 2nd brain surgery. I knew how much serious the situation would get. He still remained positive and inspirational like he'd always been. I was blown away! Seriously, the man has cancer and is still rocking the world and hasnt missed a single day. The ctfxc remained positive as well (although i still dont know if the viewers really get the situation, because when it comes to cancer, the tumor can start regrowing any minute or stop responding to treatment, and the type of cancer Char has is unfortunally really aggresive, but i totally think he can still beat this, he is young and was previously healthy, which is a very good thing). Anyway, the viewers remained as a family and supporting Char, and Alli aswell. Then all of a sudden there was the divorce. Now guys, for us it may have seen sudden. But no one besides them know for how long its actually been. And i dont know and i really dont care if there was cheating or not. I couldnt care less, actually. I mean, its their life! They handle it their freaking way. I cant judge someone. Of course i was upset, they were a really nice couple. But life goes on! Its their life. But because some (most) ctfxcers just couldnt handle the situation, this family was torn appart. I've never seen so much hate on a place where there once was so much love. Charles has been through so much, guys. Please, all im asking after all this rant is just for you to think before you post hateful comments on this, because he does read them and it does get to him and it does make him stress about it and, if you dont know, stress is really bad for your health, it makes your imune system go down, (and for patients like Char, it triggers seizures, which can be really dangerous in certain situations). Also, think a little about why you cant move on from this, why are you so upset about the divorce? Is it because YOU didnt want it to happen? cause thats just plain selfish, isnt it? Because from what i've seen, they both seem to have accepted their destiny. Why cant you? Also, about him moving on so fast, cant you just try to be on his shoes? He has a very aggresive type of CANCER! If he found another girl he likes, he might just date her, he cant waste his time worrying about what other are going to think (and he shouldnt!) And again, you dont know for how long their relationship had emocionally ended. Yeah, i think i've written too much already. But it all comes down to one thing: empathy. Try to put yourself in some elses shoes before you go around judging them. Keep on loving on, guys. This world needs more kind souls.
