Flash Theory

Season 7 Episode 1 abracadabra said “with this you will never have to face the Choronach.” Then later on in the season Psyche showed Barry his biggest fear which was all of his loved ones dead, only to come back to life, mutilated, and with black eyes. The black eyes were created by blood work though blood work was locked up in the M.A.C.K.  at Argus. So it must have been when mirror monarch escaped from the mirror dimension, using Ramseys blood. The clone version of Iris only used half of the vile, the other half is still in Barry and Iris’ loft. That blood must have been summoned by blood work himself. He must have gotten out and became the chronarch because in season 6 episode 8, Ramsey turned himself into a monster.
