When not facing speedsters there were other Villians that wrecked havoc that Barry and Team Flash had to stop. Which non-speedster villian did you enjoy most?

In Convergence Crimes Syndicate #1 2015 we see an Earth 3 incarnation of the Rogues known as the Rogue Hunters. We can assume they are some semi-governmentally controlled or bounty huntering based team. We can assume that they were initially formed to take down Johnny Quick and we know the leader is some incarnation of Leonard Snart as he is referred to as Lenny In the panel below.

What we don't know is their titles, we can maybe assume they could be similar or the same as the Renegades on the main Earth. They are a group of futuristic law enforcers modeled after the Rogues and they are named Commander Cold, Mirror Monarch, Weather Warlock and Top. There is no Captain Boomerang on the Renigades and thats leads in very well to be gender swap.

I do not believe this is George Harkness's counterpart, I believe this is a counterpart to Owen Mercer. His son on the main earth simply born with the opposite gender, could be a sign that the mother was different or another way that Earth 3 is the opposite. We can maybe find from the naming conventions of for Renegades that she could be called Commander boomerang.

In the story itself the only role they play is to keep the powerless Crime Syndicate from breaking Superwoman out from her execution and they succeed in that goal.
