I have a sense of impending doom. Like I’m running out of time and everything is temporary. Which is true and we should appreciate everything we have right now and be grateful. Which makes me remember looking back in my life every time I was miserable if I had just seen everything I had I wouldn’t have complained so much, I would’ve been grateful. But we can only live our lives forward, not backwards. What a shame, and what an adventure in not knowing what comes next. We should wakeup each day with excitement of what could come in the day. Everyday has the possibility to be the best day of our lives

Do it because you love it. Not because you have to. Return to doing it for the fun of it.

If you’re lost in the overwhelm of your mind, go on a walk, the expansiveness of the sky will remind you of how small your worries really are. You’re not alone in your head, there’s a whole world out there outside of yourself. Explore it, be a part of it. Be authentic, don’t judge yourself, just be.
