Conozco a  una mujer que siempre da más de sí misma, por ver felices a los que más ama

Que tiene un corazón inmenso, y las rosas no se comparan en belleza del amor que da día a día 

Conozco a una mujer que no teme dar, sin recibir nada a cambio, que ayuda sin miedo a quedarse sin nada, 

Conozco a una mujer que es soñadora, que ninguna flor, ni ningún adorno podrá pagar todo lo que ella dio, y sigue dando

Esta mujer ya no es joven como antes, no es aquella joven bella y fuerte

Sus pasos se hacen poco a poco frágiles

Y sus manos, de tanto trabajar, se han cansado

Pero, su corazón cada día se hace más joven, y más hermoso, y su amor es incomparable, que del cielo ella lo aprendió

Ella es mi madre, aquella que cuando decía que no podía, me impulsaba

Aquella que cuando tengo sueños, ella cree que puedo hacerlos

Aquella que, a pesar de todo, me ama, con un amor sincero

Los poemas no encierran todo lo que eres

Las letras se quedan cortas

Pero mamá, quiero decirte que te amo

Y que en mi vida, de las cosas más hermosas que tengo
