I keep lowering my expectations for people so I’ll be more well liked, I keep rolling over on my belly and letting people hurt me or stop caring about me while I sob in my room trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong

I’m tired of lowering my expectations and I’m tired that when I’m vocal about my feelings, they get ignored and they continue to do what they were already doing to me

Nothing will change and I just need to let go

I don’t wnat to continue this cycle

It’s so tiring and I hate it

I just want someone to just let me die already, just say the word and I’ll do it, i promise, I won’t be a burden, I won’t have to worry about anything anymore
