• S O F I T E L • H O T E L • . . . My final evening in Luxembourg. My beautiful bestie took me to the luxurious Sofitel Hotel for a cheeky drink to toast my final evening in Lux. I travelled to Luxembourg and Germany in three days...That's an big achievement for me- I'm not particularly well travelled but I'm getting there 😃 . . . We got the lift to the 8th floor and walked into the bar. I was blown away by the pristine interior and the breathtaking views from the 8th floor. We ordered drinks. I ordered Sailor Jerry and Lemonade and my girl ordered a cocktail priced at a whopping 19 Euros- ouch! As a goodwill gesture, the bartender kindly gave us some olives and dry snacks to accompany our extortionate drinks! . . . Luckily we managed to grab a window seat and I couldn't resist and took a snap of this sunset 😎 It speaks volumes in itself 😃 . . . Thank you to my bestie @jen_jen_o87 for making my mini European trip extra special. Since the age of 13, acne has been a losing battle for me for years. I have tried every single product in the market that you can think of from drug store (Clearsil) to luxury products (Clinque) and no joy! . . . In August, I stumbled across a friend's post on SC. My friend posted the @larocheposayuki on her story and proclaimed that she swears by it. So I said to myself I've tried everything else and what have I got to lose? Unfortunately I have combination skin - it's extremely oily/ super sensitive. Usually when I try new products, I check out YouTube/ read reviews online on various websites to make a decision. . . . Within a few hours, I couldn't wait any longer and dashed to Boots and bought the entire @larocheposayuki range and within a few weeks of active use,I noticed a remarkable difference to my skin. My skin was so much smoother - I had less breakouts, my blemishes were fading and my skin felt so soft. I was even getting compliments from friends- Pam, what have you done to your skin? It looks amazing - Share your tips! . . . I hardly get breakouts (Touch wood). Only hormonal breakouts now and again and poor diet! (Roll on Christmas)! I still have a long way to go before I am confident enough to leave the house without make-up. I am throughly impressed by how much a difference La Roche-Posay has changed my skin in such a short space of time. I also use a facial brush @magnitonelondon twice a day to give my face a deep facial cleanse to remove make-up and impurities. The brush has been exceptionally critical for my skincare regime and faded my blemishes. I also recommend Shea Moisture black soap too for sensitive skin. . . . This may not work for everyone but it certainly has worked for me.
