Allo :) I'm here to vent away my emotional burdens. I'm currently studying drawing and painting in art school and spending my free time baking and making art (when i can find motivation tbh). (Please like my posts if you care, It helps me know y'all are there). I personally struggle with major depresson and bpd. things i realized in therapy:

i am allowed to be angry with people when they hurt me, even if they are sensitive and cant cope well with being told they did something wrong. their sensitivity does not mean i have to bottle up my feelings & their lack of coping skills does not make me expressing my anger abusive.

It's so wild bc I can't remember when but at some point in 2019 I deleted this app and have been suuuuuper inconsistent with being active even before that lol but I just redowloaded the app and there are still ppl liking and reblogging depression posts i made from 2016-18... I feel so fkn lonely and empty this holiday and I don't know why. My meds were finally working since October and I finally could actually do stuff and not feel crushing depression every moment but now I'm having tunnel vision and can't see past new years and honestly so empty I wanna die? :'(( I wonder if the depression gets more intolerable after you've had a remission 🤔

Hey guys. I’m glad to be finally posting my “mental breakdown survival guide”. As you know I struggle a lot with mental health, and so I have been through a lot of breakdowns. So many that I actually dropped out of university after 3 weeks in 2016 and had to take the whole year off. Because of this, I’ve made it my mission to help others with mental health issues as much as I can, so you don’t have to go through what I’ve been through.

Anyway, here is my guide. I tried to keep it general, and actually useful. If you have any questions or additions please feel free to add them.

it can be tempting to live your life like a prequel. to live as if you’re setting up your own story.and once you lose the weight, once you have the money, once you graduate school, once you’re in a real relationship, once, once, once. then finally, you’ll begin to live, and everything you do up until that point is some kind of half-life, some unimportant foreword you can skip. don’t do this. inhabit your life completely. sink fully into the wealth of your existence. the power to manifest is in the fearless owning of who you are, so that you can shape where you’re going.
