The hardest part about being no contact with your family is when you miss them randomly. Cause then you have to remind yourself why you're no contact in the first place... and it hurts to have to remember every time you do.

The pain doesn't get easy. The sadness is still there along with the guilt. It almost makes me regret my decision. However looking back at what my life was and what it is now, I know I made the right choice.
