( AU: Pearl is a very successful ballerina, known all over the dance community. She is so successful because she constantly practices, and because of that, has no social life. Tabloids often try to match her up with other celebrities but with little success. Well, until now. Ben is a famous director searching for a dancer to feature in her latest show. Hearing about Pearl, Ben calls her in for an audition. While auditioning, Ben finds Pearl way too… proud? Too businesslike? To get her to quit being such a prude, Ben dances with her to get her to open it. The two dance wonderfully, and Pearl opens up to her partner, smiling amd laughing as they dance. But that all changes as Ben dips her down for the big finale…)
Letting out a laugh as the director begins to dip her down, Pearl closes her eyes, waiting for the music to end and the dance to finish. She almost wished the music would never stop, so she and Ben could continue on forever. The dancer hadn’t had this much fun in ages. Keeping her eyes shut, Pearl listens as the music ends, and waits to be pulled up. Instead, she finds it dead silent for a minute and then…. something soft. On.. on her lips?!
‘ MMPH?! ’ Snapping her eyes open, Pearl quickly pulls her body away from the other, falling out of Ben’s arms and onto the floor. ‘ M-Ma'am?! ’
