I feel like every little thing I eat is going straight to making me fatter. I always feel so disgusting.

realistic christmas list:
lose 20 pounds
thigh gap
be skinny af
-Never have food in your hand when there is some in your mouth
-Chew until it doesn’t taste the same
-Take a break in between every 6 spoon fulls or whatever your using
-Have your food to the side of you not in front
-Take at least 20 minutes to eat no matter the size of the food (within reason, because if your having a cracker don’t turn into a mouse)
-fast for at least 4 hours before you plan to eat something
-drink two cups of water before you eat
