btw i watched offcampus in a sitting and deanallie have me feeling insane actually. and honestly that makes so much sense to me because i started watching the show because of their electric dance scene. on the floor stuck in my head for three days now i need that season two badly and i need it now

i think there is something so subtly intimate about the scenes that dean and allie share together. it is very charming. i think, especially the scene where they're playing chess by the window, the soft golden glow makes him look really pretty. saying him because mika always looks pretty like that's princess. that and the scene where dean confesses to allie at the end. this probably makes no sense but their raw chemistry and the way most of their scenes are so focused in close ups somehow elevates the whole viewing experience like aesthetically on top of it just being a storytelling thing.
