My favorite ships are the slow burns that you don’t see coming, but by the end you can’t imagine it any other way and dont understand how the writer did it to actually surprise you. It’s great to read books or watch shows that do this so well. It’s a nice change from the love at first sight stories or the ones that make it obvious that they’re going to happen from the beginning.
