I thought it would be interesting/helpful to show how Lavender is different from other Mewtwos. Or, within my universe, the other Mewtwo. It's not just design choices, it's genetic differences--her missing pieces won't appear as she ages. By the way, I don't think I've said publicly, but Lavender is eight years old in-universe.

I won't get mad at anyone for drawing her off-model, though, and I've seen a remarkable amount of accuracy already! I appreciate anyone wanting to draw her at all!
