Can't wait to see the 2min Hayffie screentime
We can do so much with those 2 mins.
Entire communities will be made out of it. And I will be there
Mary Bennet: Did you know jellyfish have survived 600,000 years without a brain?
Tom Hayward: A ray of hope for Ryder.
"Shall we dance, princess?"
I LOVE how, out of context, this scene is like they're at a party and he asks her to dance. I need a fanfic NOW.
Can't wait to see the 2min Hayffie screentime
It was almost like being in a dream of some sort. But obviously she was wide awakeâŠRight?
Week 1: Illusion (inspired by All is Found Coronation day chapter) @helsaweenfun
I need the Margaery Tyrell x Aerion Targaryen fanfics to come. If she is bound to marry a mad psycho at least let it be a competent one with cool in-laws
Roman empire is the deleted s2 storyline where, after her fall out with Tyler, Wednesday had beef with all baristas, blowgunned one and tattooed her name on his forehead when he spelled it as Wendy

Vera Claythorne and Philip Lombard you could have been the ultimate freak4freak couple
Oh my gosh I never saw that stare. Wednesday babe that's not subtlety
I hate how Will is barely interested in Bella until he finds out she's a mermaid. Like, it really feels like he doesn't care about her as a person at all. When he says, "But you've gotta admit, it is the most amazing part" after Bella says being a mermaid isn't all she is?? Actually get out of my sight. Remember when Lewis said "you're amazing, you can do anything [...] I didn't mean the powers" and Zane said "yes, I know, and no I don't care" --even ZANE, who was obsessed with finding his mermaid, was able to see past it and love Rikki for who she is and not what she is.
personally i think that, while haymitch will never get over lenore dove (and honestly how could he?), he's wrong to say that she's his only love. he puts her being his only love in the same sentence as louella being his only sweetheart, and we saw how that turned out. i think the epilogue isn't the end for him. he's obviously still alive, he's just depressed and traumatized and he thinks he's been sent back to a mostly empty district 12 to drink himself to death, alone except for katniss and peeta and their babies, and hazelle, who katniss pays to clean his house. i think effie shows up right after he closes the book he's writing (bc i like to think these are lotr style books where they're being written by the characters about their own lives and they have perspectives limited not only by their own circumstances but by time) and she's like "damn bitch you STILL live like this??" and turns on all the lights in his dark ass house and opens the windows and launches her suitcase into his bedroom.
hot take, but Effie never had a real chance to leave Twelve. Her being picked as District Twelveâs Escort and never managing to move up for a better District was rigged by Plutarch, for the Revolution, and the prospect of a promotion was never real
Stay with me. When Plutarch told Haymitch about Effie assuming Drusillaâs position during his Victory tour, he said it as if her employment had been more of an agreement between him and the Gamemakers than a decision sheâd the chance to make by herself
âAnyway, I pitched Effie last-minute and they jumped on the idea. Especially since she brought the depraved uncleâs wardrobe with her.â
He could have said that âshe had applied for the jobâ or that âthe position was offered to herâ. Instead he said that âHE pitched herâ. Subtly implying that sheâd no initiative on the matter. Heâd choosen her by hand and thrown her inside of this messâŠ.and why?
Well, Haymitchâs was a essencial factor for whatever revolution they intended to achieve in the future. Although he failed miserably in his own attempt of breaking the Games, the constant fire he carried on his heart and the strategical habiliteis he still had would be needed if they truly planned in ever succed to overthrow the government. And Plutarch knew that they wouldnât do it if Haymitch managed to kill himself during his mentor years (or drown his brain in enough alcohol to result in irreversible damage or clinical insanity)âŠPlutarch needed someone to keep him in line. To keep him grounded and alive. To watch out for his drinking and force him to never forget about the humanity he carried inside of himselfâŠPlutarch needed someone kind and stubborn to keep constantly reminding him about who he truly was and why he should keep fighting âin her eyes, for their tributes. In Plutarchâs? for their little revolution
Effie Trinket was the last person whoâd known him when he was still full of humanity and love. She was the gentle soul who first provided him the kind of understanding Plutarch knew would be needed to keep his revolutionary spirit intact. She wasnât fully brainwashed and wouldnât interfere if Haymitch ever did something suspicious and she was loyal enough to be quiet if she ever noticed somethingâŠEffie was not a rebel, but Plutarch used her as the perfect tool to keep his fallen Jabberjay from stp singing his tune.
