i love quirkiness aus for mha but i think there is a few things that people get just a bit wrong.

like bakugo sucked as a kid because he was praised non-stop and he was scared that Izuku fit the role of a ‘hero’ better than him. if no quirks existed the two of them probably would’ve been good friends throughout childhood.

there’s are also a lot of other families that would probably be a lot better then in canon including shigaraki’s family but the main one i wanna talk about is the todoroki family because i mean that’s what we talk about on this account

Enji’s whole goal was to create a powerful child to surpass himself AND all might. without quirks and without heroes there would be no need for Enji to do this. let’s say however that him and Rei still get married and have all four kids that they do. there was no pressure for a quirk marriage and no pressure to train his kids so it’s very likely that they would’ve been a normal family, or at least better then they are now. Enji would probably still be distant but it wouldn’t be to the extent that we see in the show.

I know writers have the messed up stuff still happen to the characters for the angst but i think if we really thought about more then surface level then there are so many different ways that the world and the characters could go

idk i’m just ranting but i think it’s fun to think about this stuff

headcanon that out of all the Todorokis only Enji and Fuyumi know how to drive.

I like to think that Enji grew up slightly in the middle class and after his dad died he had to grow up pretty fast (phsyically and mentally) and that included getting a car and drivers license as soon as he could.

For Fuyumi since she’s over at Enji’s house more often than not, if she doesn't just live there, and has a job so I assume she at least knows how to drive, even if she doesn’t have a car herself.

Natsuo is a college student who I assume lives on campus since he’s never home. Plus when he got attacked by Ending he seemed to be walking towards the train station rather than taking his own car.

Touya legally died before he could reach the age to legally get a drivers license and I think since spinner can drive he never really saw a need to get one after joining the league.

Shoto I feel like is a ‘walk or bike everywhere’ kind of guy. either that or he just never saw the appeal of getting a car when depending on how he uses his quirk, he can literally just fly.

Unlike Enji, we know Rei came from money and most likely never had to drive herself even before marrying Enji so she probably never got hers. I like to think however after everything was said and done she basically demanded Fuyumi and Enji to teach her.
