Im sorry but…
you don’t have to like him personally, but thomas sanders makes kid-friendly lgbt content, is a very consistent and active ally to women, trans people, neurodivergent people, and poc, and is overall a great role model for the kids who regularly watch his content. his whole Thing is spreading positivity and empathy, and teaching lessons in emotional maturity through his videos.
but i guess it’s popular to hate him all of a sudden just because?? he really likes disney and harry potter???? what the fuck tbh
people did like him, but then he outed himself as an inclusionist. pretty much as soon as he said he considered ace people members of the LGBT community, people started shittalking him, combing his blog for problematic content, accusing him of being a pedophile for not curating nsfw art that was sent to him, and calling him a “straight ally” even though he is openly bisexual. i witnessed the change. some didn’t. i think it’s important we know where it comes from.
seriously, that’s why???? exclusionists are so nasty
ON THIS BLOG WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE THOMAS SANDERS
ON THIS BLOG WE SUPPORT AND RESPECT THOMAS SANDERS
reminder that 30 isn’t old, it’s very normal to not accomplish everything in your 20s, and that it is never too late to learn that thing you’ve always wanted to learn. you’re always growing. that’s a good thing.
Who the hell accomplishes everything in their 20s? Who made that a thing?
I was 48 when I started my apprenticeship to become a tattoo artist. I was 50 when I married the love of my life.
You’ve got time.
I needed this right now. I’ve got time!!!

Nope. No similarities that I can see.
[ original interview ]
we watched cnn last night at my house and they showed a segment of this guy’s interview, where the interviewer (Wolf Blitzer, whose parents were Jewish refugees from Auschwitz, btw) kept pressing him on the question of “is this policy humane? In your opinion, is the policy humane?” and the guy just kept repeating, “It’s the law, and our job is to enforce the law.” And Wolf just kept saying, “but is it humane?” and the guy wouldn’t answer the question.
and after the segment, my dad turned to me and said that he couldn’t help seeing him as a nazi. my dad hates to throw that word around, but he said he could genuinely see this guy, standing at the front gate of a concentration camp, saying “it’s my job to enforce the law.”
That’s ‘cause they’re all Nazis. It doesn’t matter what the motivation is, but the action. People love to forget that chattel slavery, the Holocaust, pretty much all atrocities against humans have always been perfectly legal when they happened. That laws are created to *make* these atrocities happen. Legality means shit.
As an addition, not only were Wolf Blitzer’s parents survivors of the Shoah, he was born in Augsburg Displaced Persons Camp in Allied-Occupied Germany. Ironically Germany was the one of the safest places for Jews after the Holocaust. His parents met on a train from Poland to Germany while they were both searching for surviving relatives. Both of his parents’ parents (so all four of Blitzer’s grandparents) were killed in Auschwitz and he carries his paternal grandfather’s name.

can you IMAGINE seeing adam west walk into an orgy and just start Being Batman… holy shit

If you’re trying to catch a housecat that’s gotten outside, don’t forget: they’re an ambush predator and you’re a persistence predator. You have several times more endurance than they do - use that to your advantage! Don’t run after them; that’s playing to the cat’s strengths, and vigorous pursuit may cause them to hide. Instead, follow them at a brisk walking pace until they get tired and need to have a lie-down, at which point you can simply pick them up and take them home.
Ok but no shit this tactic is what allowed humans to survive pre-civilisation
