you can eat junk food with out feeling bad and still have an ed
you don’t have to count calories to have an ed
you don’t have to be obese to have BED
you don’t have to *uneat* every meal to have mia
you don’t have to cut out major food groups to have an ed
you can be any shape, size whatever to have an ed
your ed does not have to be diagnosed to be valid (some people don’t have the money for a proper diagnosis, some family situations prevent mental illness help, not everyone has the resources for a proper diagnosis)
ed’s are not a linear thing everyone’s is different you don’t have to fit society’s standards of a “proper ed”
your ed is valid and you are so incredibly beautiful
