I love going into Q challenges and thinking about it in character as Gid as he's technically half blind which means he's constantly relying on his left eye and his sense of smell along with his hearing to help him in those challenges especially the pvp ones as if someone comes at him from the right he ain't gonna know someone's running at him.

I think if there were any lore facts I could give about Gideon it be these:

- he ain't a local fish, he's yo local siren mixed with a leviathan but angler fish'd and purple

- his family tree is massive because of his siblings and mom being a total bitch of a girlboss

- he is an old hunky man. With various amounts of tropes and trauma blended it one

- despite being in his early 30-40s to him he is the youngest of the Ryker household

- he could have been a pacifist for reasons I am to soon reveal

- he in his past unwillingly started a binary war because his family SUCKS

- he makes what he calls his "tank" every cycle because yes he is a siren he does still need to touch water so he isn't a shriveled up man when he's being feesh

- Gideon cut Noah's mechanical arm off! Wow they are so toxic doomed yaoi :D (yes it was because of abaddon and gid sure did isolate himself.)

- Gid has stayed 10ft after Abaddon and has rarely gone back to being smol but he does when he feels safe and want to be silly.

- he should be dead.
