Some of you are aware that I enjoy genuinely terrible Isekai anime, proper garbage.
But I've been defeated by Sweet Reincarnation... Everyone is named after baked goods and I just couldn't take it.
…oh good Lord. Everything?
Chat, is this true?
because we don't want too many twitter-attitude people here, everyone rebog this with rent lowering gunshot posts please
we say faggot and death and other Mean Words™ here
also, you may see a post come across your dash that is entirely indecipherable untill you see another post 10-15 posts later
"one site millennials didn't ruin"
"50% Gen Z"
who do they think the other 50% are, exactly? Boomers? Gen Alpha kids?
The Generation Wars will never end because people love making rage clicks on thinkpiece articles. Also as Gen X ages even further into Joe Rogan flavored "freethinking insanity" and they and Gen Z continue to cook their brains on weird internet AI slop, we're all going to miss the boomers and silents that went through some really hard shit and either touched grass themselves or urged responsible use of a new technology.
Gen Y/Millennial here and I already am singing the praises of “YOU MUST HAVE A PARENT’S PERMISSION BEFORE GOING ONLINE."

This will probably anger jumblr (I can't believe its called that) but with passover coming up, I learned having celiacs goes against the faith lmfao. I can't digest oats either which is required?? Idk how anyone can defend that, straight up ableism.
I'm glad i'm not religious, rather just be a part of my culture my own way. I like being a heretic🔥🔥🔥
You like spreading harmful lies at a time in which the community is already being slandered against?
This is how as you say you are being part of the culture your own way?
Yeah, that's going to make some people mad and achieve your goal.
Four characters of children indeed!
The Wise Child: "Rabbi, I have celiacs and will find observing Passover difficult and medically challenging. Can you help me find a meaningful way in which to observe the holiday that will not be medically dangerous?"
The Simple Child: "Rabbi, I don't know what to do. Can you help me?"
The Unknowing Child: "My tummy hurts when I eat matzo." "All right, we'll take you to the doctor and see what we can do."
The Wicked Child: See OP.
I'm not even Jewish and I can see through that horseshit. Pikuakh nefesh, according to my Jewish friend who explained it to me, states that if keeping kosher would endanger your health then it is permissible to not adhere to the parts of kashrut that would harm you. The preservation of human life, as I understand it, always takes priority over following kashrut or the other laws of Talmud. Maybe there are qualifiers to that statement that I am unaware of as a non-Jew, but that seems to be a pretty consistent theme: Human life must be preserved even if preserving it means suspending adherence to the other laws, and it is specifically written in those laws that you have to look after your own health. This is also why the elderly and sick are specifically told not to fast during certain holidays because doing so would endanger them, which is very clearly the opposite of the narrative this asshole is peddling. I hope I'm not misstepping by butting in here - I just wanted to let yall know that not every goyim believes the stupid lies people come up with about your people.
*puts on sunglasses* The irradiated stupid coming from OP. It burns.
Last night, Elon Musk went on Fox News and said "...when they attack DOGE, they never attack any of the specifics." Well here are some specifics that I, and many others, have been attacking for months.
I haven't seen anything BUT specifics. I have not seen, from the top of my head, a criticism of Doge that is vague.
I have seen a specific amount of insecurity from Elon.

holy shit prev was not joking about Doctors Without Borders
Well you can't expect them to treat Jew— I mean, Zionists, with the same standard as everyone else, can you?
*sighs* Nope.
Actually Tumblr users are a bit too caught up in the entirety of high school. Being a "gifted" kid, being a nerd, going to parties, not going to parties... Idk at some point you have to let it go, whether the experience was negative or positive. You're an adult pushing thirty surely you've done something else with your life in the past decade that is more formative and interesting than who you were (or weren't) at 15
that first tweet is so true in general, but idk who that is and had to look him up
the video is a clip of him talking about vaccines saving lives
gosh, I wonder why a Jewish man born in Soviet Russia might have thoughts about this.
He literally hasn’t said a word about Israel. He’s just Jewish.
His crime is being Jewish.
Re your tags on that post about punishing campus protesters and how it's seen, I don't think people understand just how much leftist purity tests have damaged the Democrats in terms of what they're willing to.put their foot down for, especially in the wake of Iraq and Afghanistan.
Like, everyone deserves due process and fair treatment under the law, but leftists refuse to acknowledge that poc can be equally as bad as white people (the actual terrorist sect in my country is a Muslim sect, a lot of domestic abuse cases that end in murder are done by those of East Indian descent, and the known gangs are predominantly black, due to colonial land alottments and whatnot, and all the white and Syrian folks are drug kingpins and importing weapons. Perks of being multi-ethnic: everyone gets to commit crimes! Or something like that.), and this means that appeasing them means not actually saying that pro-Pals need to be punished for hate speech and physical assault regardless of race.
The Democrats are scrambling right now trying to deal with racial depolarization. But the ones overlooking antisemitism from Arabs while not tolerating it from whites/Europeans shows they - and the greater leftist movements - didn't have a problem with antisemitism in itself, they only had a problem when it came from white people. Which isn't great, and is now going to put a massive spotlight on how things like anti-racism and anti-colonialism are being taught.
Like, the sheer number of self-described leftists who said they were anti-colonialism and correctly spoke out against European/Christian imperialism, only to then over the past year say they were totally fine with Arab/Islamic imperialism was very eye-opening. Why was everyone so against calling out Arab antisemitism (plus Arab Supremacy's affect on ethnic minorities in the Middle East, and on Africans) and pointing out how it stems from the very long history of the Islamic Conquests, when people wouldn't have hesitated to point it out if it came from whites/Christians?
It's difficult not to reach the conclusion that it's an over-correction stemming from guilt surrounding post-9/11 Islamophobia and the Iraq War. And what good does it do to pretend thousands of years of MENA history didn't happen just because people have white or American guilt?
White liberals and leftists do struggle a lot with the white guilt stage in the long (and possibly endless) journey of unlearning white supremacy; I remember that stage. But that just lands you in Noble Savage racial paternalism territory, which is just a different form of racism.
A lot of this is because most Americans aren't well-traveled and also aren't terribly well-educated on the rest of the world (which makes the left extremely susceptible to bad faith actors) and so they project our racial/ethnic worldview onto the rest of the world. So if they went to where you lived, a white leftist with only an American understanding of race/ethnicity would probably struggle to know who they're supposed to "root" for.
I don't know where it came from, but the whole "you can only be racist if you're white" is part of this. Like, I guess it was an oversimplification of the power structures that do benefit white people over everyone else, but as a Mexican I can speak HOURS about Mexican racism (fucking mejorar la raza) and how insidious it is, and there's also the fact that a lot of latinos think themselves better from other latinos.
People are not monolithic, cultures are not monolithic, and honestly this is something a lot of people need to learn or be reminded of.
I do still fundamentally agree that - due to the power structures in this country - white people cannot be oppressed on a structural level, but we're going to have to address the fact that this I/P situation blew the left up the way it did was because leftists didn't understand that Jewish people are not seen as white, no matter how white-passing they are.
Like, ask any white supremacist. They're very upfront with the fact that they think Jews are "infiltrators" trying to "destroy the white race." And it's incomprehensible that college-level professors teaching anti-racism didn't understand that. How?
It's like how white Latinos who might've been at the top of the racial caste in, say, Argentina will never be white enough to WASPs in America. Cubans are learning that the hard way that they can't Republican-vote their way to the top of the pyramid of white supremacy.
If I've learned one thing from history it's that other people people don't learn from history.
ever think about john boyega, daisy ridley, and oscar isaac’s collective enthusiasm during the force awakens era and then by rise of skywalker they were dead inside and never want to look at star wars again. makes me want to commit a violence.
Never forget how Isaacs went from begging for Poe’s homeworld to be Yavin 4 and then off-handedly saying he’d only do another Star Wars film if he needed the money barely five years later.
I don’t know what we did to deserve Mr. Rogers but I’m so glad we had him.
