Happy Mac n Cheese Monday!! I present....the Franken-Mac!! AKA mac made with leftovers! Leftover zucchini & leftover bacon in a roux made with leftover cheeses (parm, monterrey, and mozzarella) on leftover pasta (macaroni and veggie rotini)!! It is a Mess but not disgusting. just gotta get those seasonings right (that means garlic)!

Happy Mac n Cheese MLK Mondaaaay!!! Hope everyone has a splendid week! We got baked penne with monterey jack cheese and salsa cream sauce! worried it would be waaay too acidic, but it came down with some pepper and parm! Do recommend on this esteemed holiday 👌😌

It's another mac n cheese monday! Tried something a lil different... it looks weird, but it tasted great! A cream cheese base with mozzarella, monterey jack, and parmesean, along with a boat load of pepper and a sprinkling of onion seasoning. It was veggie pasta, so its puke colored, but thats fine!

Happy 2021 mac n cheese monsters! Skipping the roux today, too much work. Tonight I used a cream cheese base with mozzarella, parmesean, and peccorino romano spiced with dried red pepper flakes, southwest fajita seasoning, and green hot sauce!! not to mention the bits of shredded chicken in there.... I daresay I've outdone myself tonight, folks!!

I dont know what came over me last week, but this week, i sure love eating mac n cheese! This is a mozzarella cream cheese sauce with red pepper flakes, garlic bacon, and turkey sausage! Yum!!!!!
