The man stayed silent for a moment before replying. “Well, I think you should know who I am. You broke the Rules, after all.”

Yuri on Ice!!! FanFic (AU ideas)

1) [Fantasy and Mafia AU] Yuuri is immortal. He works as a hitman for hire to earn a living without people knowing he’s immortal. He’s earned quite the reputation in the underground world.

Victor is the boss of the Russian Mob and hires “them” to eradicate one of his enemies. He expects a team of skilled hitmans but instead he gets a 23 yr old Asian man.

2) [Ranma ½ AU] Yuuri can turn into a girl when doused in cold water. Before the Sochi GPF banquet, he sneaks in the rink and skates his Free Program in his female form, afraid that someone would recognize him as the one who came last.

Victor feeling bored and unmotivated, gets the idea to sneak in and skate. There, he sees a girl skating. He thinks her step sequences and spins are exceptional. He claps after her performance causing her to get startled and slip. He rushes over to her to help and thinks that the girl is beautiful when he got a closer look. As they talk, he thinks he’s a little in love.

(Basically, an au where Victor is confused of his feelings because he is totally gay for Yuuri, yet, loves Fem! Yuuri too.)

3) [Grim Reaper AU, inspired by Goblin] Yuuri is a Grim Reaper and Victor was his girlfriend before he became a Grim Reaper. Yuri can see ghosts and to an extent, Grim Reapers too. Otabek is a Grim Reaper too and the one that helped Yuri’s Grandpa to pass on to the afterlife.

(not very thought out but this is the au in a nutshell)

4) Suicide-Time travel AU

Yuuri decides to end his life.

"I want to live. And dying is the only way I could think of to achieve that."

But instead of the afterlife, he finds himself alive and in the past. He sees and uses this as a chance to start over and finally live the life he wanted.
