How to Fix White Smoke on the Porsche Boxster 986
Signal Boost, Please
This is my friend’s gofundme campaign. https://www.gofundme.com/Help-Shana-and-Snickers-Please She is a close friend and she has no place to stay. She has stayed with me several nights but I have these giant dogs who want to eat little Snickers so it makes things massively difficult and stressful.
Snickers is a little doll and Shana is a wonderful person. I wish I had the money to them but I don’t and she has no one else so we’re hoping that the kindness of strangers can help her get off the street and help Snickers to sleep soundly in his own bed.
senator: okay how do we fuck over as many people as possible but make it sound good
other senator: okay okay hear me out, we fuck over people by destroying net neutrality which is something they’ve shown to care about but we call it something that sounds like they’d agree with
senator: okay like what
other senator: Restoring Internet Freedom Act
senator: brilliant.
These 9 (REPUBLICAN)Senators proposed a bill to kill net neutrality called the “Restoring Internet Freedom Act”
These 9 Senators really don’t like net neutrality
Sen. Cornyn, John [R-TX] Sen. Cotton, Tom [R-AR] Sen. Cruz, Ted [R-TX] Sen. Lee, Mike [R-UT] Sen. Paul, Rand [R-KY] Sen. McConnell, Mitch [R-KY] Sen. Rubio, Marco [R-FL] Sen. Sasse, Ben [R-NE] Sen. Tillis, Thom [R-NC]
Nina Turner
Gotta love Nina!!
Racism is real

But it’s NEVER about race tho.
They totally forgot the one where they made up mock juries and gave them trial manifests. Changing literally nothing except the race of the defendant, for the otherwise EXACT SAME MANIFEST, black people were hugely more likely to be convicted, and without exception received harsher sentences for the same crime.
Ibid the one where they made mock college application boards, made up applications and found that when they changed the race or sex and potential signifiers of race (description, name, and residence) and found that the while highly qualified people of color made it in, when two applicants have similar qualifications, the white male is always chosen.
If you’re a Non-Muslim and you see a Muslim praying in public, could you please not pass in front of them?
Go behind them, but not in front. 👍
Oh, signal boost! I didn’t know this.
Okay, but also: if you see a Muslim praying in public and they have something in front of them, like a purse or a bag or something like that, you can pass in front of them, but pass in front of that object.
it’s called a sutrah, and it’s meant to act as a physical barrier between the person praying and someone who might happen to pass in front.
Also, if you did this and didn’t know, please don’t beat yourself up over it. Now you know! Muslims aren’t supposed to pass in front of Muslims praying, either, because prayer is communication with God and you don’t want to break that connection.
Spread culture, respect customs, be good people. Simple as that.
Didn’t know this.

Similarly, if a Jew is saying the Shemonah Esrei prayer (whispered, moving only the mouth, standing facing east with legs together) don’t go in front unless there’s a barrier.
Oh hey I didn’t know that

Like I remember when my mom declared bankruptcy and we were going to school with a fucking slice of cheese between two pieces of bread and a Baggie of powdered milk to add water to for lunch.
I remember my mother crying at the table with bills spread out and a calculator, looking at the numbers and crying.
I remember having this jug we saved all our change in for YEARS, trying to save up for a nice vacation somewhere, and the day all of our hearts broke when we had to empty it out and roll the change up to use for gas money.
I remember being that poor. And I remember my mother taking us to McDonald’s - often.
I remember being that poor, and I remember my mother treating herself to a cup of Tim Hortons on days she just wanted to have something nice. That was my mothers “treat yourself” days. A fucking cup of god damn coffee.
So seriously? Fuck every single person who scoffs at poor people who eat fast food and grab a cup of coffee on the go.
Fuck each and every single one of you who judge the FUCK out of those people. Who the hell are you to judge?????
You’re so right! What makes people think it’s okay to judge someone else? Same as the people who want to dictate what people who get SNAP can eat. Fuck anyone who thinks they can judge anybody else.

Bernie Sanders Defends Free Speech and Somehow, Lefties are Shocked
Bernie Sanders was recently subjected to some pearl-clutching, foot-stomping hateful tantrums when he defended Ann Coulter’s right to speak at UC Berkeley and the rights of the student groups who invited her. Bernie condemned threats of violence against Coulter saying that while he feels that her views are “outrageous” and “off the wall,” that he still believes “people have a right to give their two cents-worth...without fear of violence and intimidation.”
This all started last week when UC Berkeley announced it had canceled an event where rabid right winger, Ann Coulter was scheduled to speak. Berkeley claimed that they weren’t squelching free speech but that they were just concerned that violent protests may erupt in response to Coulter’s appearance, endangering both Coulter and the Berkeley student body. Why any little fragile snowflakes think they have a right to foment violence because a right-wing Republican makes an appearance at an event set up by the right-wing Berkeley College Republicans and the right-wing Young Americans Foundation is beyond me. To her credit, Coulter vows to appear at the school on the 27th of this month, as scheduled and although I can’t stand Ann Coulter, I’m glad she’s not backing down in this instance.
To the people who are acting shocked and wounded about Bernie defending Freedom of Speech and open discussion even when it’s Ann Coulter’s speech, you need to learn what the concept of Free Speech means, otherwise you’ll end up as one of those idiots who get outraged when the ACLU defends something like a rally by neo-nazis or the Klan. Freedom of Speech has to be defended for the people you hate as well as the people you love. When Voltaire told fellow author, “ I detest what you write, but I would give my life to make it possible for you to continue to write,” he was alluding to this notion that free speech has to be defended for all of us and by all of us. How have we ended up with some segment of so-called left-wingers thinking this only applies to views we like? If you oppose anyone’s right to speak, then you're not a progressive, you're not a patriot, and you're sure as hell not a liberal. Why would you fear letting someone like Coulter or Milo or Richard Spencer publicly speak? This speech was scheduled at a University, not a pre-school and Universities are places where you expand your mind by being exposed to views all across the political and social spectrum!

Hi, did you know there was an election in Kansas two days ago? That’s what this post is talking about.
Republicans win a special House election in Kansas after an embarrassing red-state scare
And the Georgia election is next week?
Georgia Special Election: What to know about the next race to replace a Trump Cabinet pick
Losing all our rights isn’t funny or cute. Because of run-offs, impeachments, etc., elections can happen every single year. This year Trump is electing staff and cabinet to the White House who are leaving their local offices and needing replacement.
The Dems lost a deep-red district on Tuesday by a THIN margin. If more people had been aware of the vote in Kansas and acted, it could have been an upset. Ridiculing “get out the vote” messages is NOT HELPING ANYONE EXCEPT THE GOP, please stop!
Register to vote if you’re not registered. The people who say, “I’ll do it before the next election” end up missing the deadlines and missing out. Be AHEAD of the game, not behind it.

UPCOMING ELECTIONS JUST IN GEORGIA:
Donald Trump has been accused of damaging the prospects of female workers by signing an executive order rolling back Obama-era protections for women in the workplace. The US President last week revoked the 2014 Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces order, which President Barack Obama put in place to ensure companies given federal contracts complied with a raft of labour and civil rights laws.
This is who he always was so we’re not really surprised.
boy is he making America great again!
I love the United States 💦💦💕💕
But then how would he funnel tax payer money into his pockets?
They do hate Obama but they also hate the poor so they’re perfectly okay with destroying healthcare for all of those people.
In Dallas, Texas, five police officers have been shot dead and six others wounded while patrolling a demonstration against the recent police shootings of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. Democracy Now! spoke with Marc Lamont Hill about the movement against police brutality after the Dallas shooting.
