The Falcon is from Series 2 of a line of keychains - sometimes called Marvel 3-D Figural Keychains and sometimes called Marvel Collectors Keyrings - which is made by Monogram Direct:

I got mine at Hot Topic, but I also saw a box of them at Books-a-Million today too. You can order them online, but as someone who order eight of blind bags online previously with no Falcon, it’s really worth it to go to a store and then go through the whole box until you find the heaviest bag.
