Hey guys so I’ve been meaning to make an art blog for some time,  apart from my Disney blog mady-and-the-mouse. (Please don’t judge that blog based on this blog, that blog has standards) This blog happened because my roommate, sami01 and I are tired from unnecessarily staying up all night for our finals, and we make poor decisions when we are tired. As you can see this blog is primarily dedicated to my number one love, Dick Grayson. It will of course include my writings about him and only the most quality art done by myself and others. The above picture is my roommate’s contribution to the cause.

I know I haven't posted in forever, as is evident by my festive icon, but I just had to say I truly cherish my relationship with my roommate. We are so secure and comfortable with each other we can have really heated discussions and arguments that last for hours and when they’re over we are able to move on and be cracking up in the next minute. 

And I mean we argue about some really important things! Whether Rumbelle is good/healthy relationship or not, what is Dick Grayson’s best feature, why John Green is the adult chaperone of tumblr...really important stuff!

On December 15th, 1966, Walt Disney had died at the age of 65. The cause of death was lung cancer; Disney was a heavy smoker and always made sure he never smoked around young children. He died just as he made plans to create another theme park in Orlando, Florida. After his death, Roy Disney completed the construction of the park and named it Walt Disney World, dedicated to his brother.

I thought I’d make a note for this Jessie fan for some things to check out. The halloween short Toy Story of Terror is primarily based around Jessie. Also in WDW there is a kiosk by the Buzz ride Space Ranger Spin that has mostly Jessie merch (hats, toys, pillow pets) and the Emporium has lots of Jessie shirts and things like that. I know not everyone can go to WDW to get these things, Downtown Disney has a lot of the same stuff and the Disney Parks app lets you buy some of the merchandise remotely. Tragically, no, she doesn’t have near as much as Buzz or Woody, but they are the main characters, and while she is a primary character, she’s considered a supporting character. But she does have more than most people realize. Just a friendly note from a cast member and a fellow Jessie fan.

What Can You Dig Up?

The Bone Yard Play Area is an dig site where scientists and student interns have uncovered several dinosaur bones. There are hidden treasures and gags all over.

Find the dinosaur footprints in the ground and step on them. You’ll create a variety of sounds in the caves behind you. 

Next to the Jeep, locate the rib bones set in the rock. Push on them, they play music. 

Locate the tiny set of stairs that leads up to a small door. Opening the door leads to a special surprise. Take a look around and see what you can dig up!
