Guys I need advice (tw for talk about self harm and suicide)

I said in a previous post that my partner is quite mentally unwell, and has been struggling a while. It’s taking a toll on me, who personally struggles as well with self harm and suicidal ideation. Theyre starting to talk about themselves negatively all the time, and before has previously threatened other people with suicide to get something. (Separate person-not me, but it was still an issue and I was concerned for the girl involved and my partner) and my partner often says they’re going to hurt themselves. It’s put a lot of pressure on me, and I feel extremely guilty for wanting to break up with them. They often say that I’m the ONLY person they talk to about this and I’m scared if I leave them they’ll kill themself, basically. They have said before that if I ever left them, they’d do it. I’m really scared and I feel guilty because I do care about them, but this has made me relapse, stressed, and I feel like I’m falling back into old cycles. Any advice welcomed <33
