it wasn't her, just her family and i guess i got really tired of her familys shit today -- so i yelled at her for her family being a bunch of losers.

i dunno, they're straight up really rude to me because i had an anxiety attack near them once

and her mom scoffed and told me to quit acting like a "jealous boyfriend"

we're friends still, i just refuse any interaction with her parents.

I don’t get panic attacks often and when I do they’re pretty minimal but I do try to focus on something else and it works most of the time for me at least, hopefully it works for u too :)
