27.08.2023 | I've spent most of this morning creating more reels for my Instagram. As much as I love doing it, I forgot how time consuming editing videos can be! Now, it's time for me to finish off one of my upcoming Notion templates (it's a travel planner, like the ULTIMATE travel planner) and do some revision ahead of my upcoming clinical placement starting this Tuesday. Hope you're all having a great day.

Sole soul

"I have so much anger and resentment filled to the core of my soul. That’s because I have learnt to contain my anger. So now my insides are boiling because the fury has assembled into a fire.

Will I ever be able to let out this fire? Shout and cry and pull my hair out, only this time in front of the world that has turned me this way, not hiding in my room and abusing myself.

My thoughts are hidden in the depth of the internet, that no one will ever find out. But I will know, and I will embrace whichever ugly and beautiful parts come out of this anger, the most intense of all emotions.

I become my own destruction and my own salvation.

Because I am lone."
