I got too carried away. I stopped caring about what I ate or what I was eating. Because there was sugary drinks and snacks around me, it was easy.
Although it’s never too late to get back in shape.
I’m approaching 18 and I’d rather not get too used to this routine.
I started really making a change yesterday after I weighed myself after a long time. It may look like I’m back to square one but it happens to all of us sometimes.
CW: 59.1kg
GW: 45kg
Let’s do this.
24/11/2015
I’m going through a bit of a relapse. I’ve been eating bad yesterday and today, but starting tomorrow I’m going to be on a very low cal diet for a whole week. If anyone knows really good low cal snacks to eat, let me know!
My weight today was 56.3kg and it’s probably going to shoot to near around 57kg, which really sucks. Why is weight loss hard yet weight gain so easy for me?
23/11/2015
I’ve been kind of keeping from making an update. My weight has fluctuated the past day or so and it’s back to 55.8kg. I need to be a little careful sometimes.
Today’s intake.
Snacks: Peach and Apricot Yogurt, Fruity bread slices.
Lunch: Fajitas (which upset my stomach, boohoo.)
Dinner: A wrap made with leftovers.
Drinks: Banana Milk, Tropical Juice, Water.
I ate more than usual but that’s because I didn’t really eat much yesterday, lol.
21/11/2015
I couldn’t weigh myself today.. but I can list what I’ve eaten today. I also hope I’ve lost weight in the morning I’d hate to weigh more!
Snack: Lollipop (Offered to me so I took one, lol.) Three crackers.
Dinner: Loco Moco (This was quite heavy, but it was the only full meal I had today.
Drinks: Green tea and Water.
To combat the Loco Moco I danced around like crazy! I still feel a little bloated though.. don’t do this to me my metabolism!

I lost more weight! I’m going to list what I ate today just to make sure I didn’t go overboard haha. I skip breakfast by the way.
CW: 55.8kg
GW: 49kg
Lunch: Fish and Chips. Small pot of Creme Caramel (I had half.)
Snacks: Satsuma, Flatbread biscuits. (42 calories each.)
Dinner: Noodles in a broth. (Mostly broth and vegetables.)
Drinks: One carton of Banana milk (225ml.) Water.
I enjoy not eating late now. It gives time for my stomach to rest.

Because no one ever said saving the world would be easy. Get ready to slay every witch and soldier of Darkness that stands in your way… and look fabulous while you do it, too!
After getting such awesome feedback from my Sports Anime Workout Routine, I decided to make another one - this time, inspired by the kickass magical girls of the anime world!
Just like before, you don’t need ANY equipment for this routine! No gym membership required - you don’t even have to leave your room or put on real-people pants. (Bless.) If you’re more advanced and want to bump it up a little, add some 5-15 lb. weights on some of the moves, but otherwise, all you need is your body!
Here’s how it works: Queue up all of these songs, whether it’s in iTunes, YouTube, SoundCloud, or another music player of your choice. Hit “Play.” Your goal is to get through all of the designated exercises before the song is over. If you don’t make it, replay the song until you’re done! Then move on to the next one. Try to rest as little as possible between each exercise (and each song!) for the best results.
If you’re struggling and want to give up, keep pushing. It’s when you want to quit that the magic starts to happen. Believe in yourself and your own abilities. True power comes from within, after all!
PLAYLIST
Cardio: Sailor Moon Crystal - "Moon Pride" Arms: Puella Magi Madoka Magica - "Connect" Legs: Princess Tutu - "Hall Om Mig" Core: Card Captor Sakura - "Platinum"
As always, if you still (somehow) have energy left after all of that, burn it out in the bonus cardio round:
Cardio Burnout: Revolutionary Girl Utena - "Rinbu -Revolution-" (Updated 03.01.15)

Update
I rechecked because I'm certain that I did not eat a lot yesterday and the scale now says... 56.3kg! I am so glad. That means since I've began I've lost about 3 kilos! I'm going to keep on having just two big meals a day. My attitude to food has really changed. I'll also post motivational stuff too! Watch this space.
