Eat healthy and feel better!
Change the future. Prevent obesity. End obesity.
OBESITY has more than doubled in the last 50 years.
MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Following a healthy lifestyle can help you prevent overweight and obesity. Many lifestyle habits begin during childhood. Thus, parents and families should encourage their children to make healthy choices, such as following a healthy diet and being physically active.

BE CAREFUL
Food labels that claim to be healthy can be very misleading
Center for Disease Control States, "More than one third (34.9% or 78.6 million) of U.S adults are obese." And according to CDC's statistics, the majority of that 78.6 million are poor. It is important to remember that the 34.9% are only adults. Obesity for children, on the other hand is just as bad. According CDC, "Childhood obesity has more than doubled in children and quadrupled in the past 30 years... In 2012, more than one third of children and adolescents were overweight or obese."
DON'T EAT FAST FOOD AT ALL.
Fast food is not healthy. According to the article"Salads or No, Cheap Burgers Revive McDonald's" by Melanie Warner, "Many nutritionists say fast food is one of the worst things in American diet, because of its calories, trans fat, lack of fiber and added sugars and processed carbohydrates.”
Ways To Take A Stand
Start with yourself. Are you cautious of what you eat?
Make sure to eat fruits and vegetables EVERYDAY.
Do something physically active EVERYDAY.
