Malik was in a library in Chicago, looking through a bunch of old news papers from the 50s all the way to the 2000s on Gus Alabaster, a very famous mob boss. He looked a bit frustrated. He clearly wasn't finding what he was looking for. You noticed, on one of the newspapers, was a picture of Gus's first ever mugshot, and it was the spitting image of Malik, the irritated kid, who was very close to kicking the library's computer.

Through some circumstance or other, you were spending some of your time in Serenity, New Mexico, the cleanest, most pristine, town.. village(?) there ever was. Each house had a pool and basketball half court, with perfect paint jobs, lawns, and sidewalks. The town was tiny, you could cross the 'town' on foot in 8 minutes or less. You could tell there was something screwy with this 'town' it was cult-y or something within that nature.

You found Malik sitting on a bench in Serenity Park with blood all over his shirt, his skateboard next to him. He was sweaty, but he seemed to be fine. He noticed you with a hint of intrigue.

You didn't get much sleep either due to your situation, and honestly, you don't know why he and his friends are awake at 4 already in swimming clothes when the pool opens at 7

You could tell there was something screwy with this 'town' it was cult-y or something within that nature.
