BITCH = Believe It Truly Can Happen.
Your artstyle is like your gut microbiome in the way its everything you consume and like and it also has all your bacteria up in it. Thats probably how that works
SO TRUE
Having an abusive parent is kinda funny in retrospect like mommy why do you have beef with me im 4 i love you
Give a man a leaf and he will eat it. Teach a man to leaf and he will go away
The diary of Clive Wearing, an amnesia patient living the first moment of becoming conscious and aware every 10-30 seconds for the past 36 years. He only remembers that he loves the piano, and he loves his wife.

some hyper famous artists like Van Gogh transcend overratedness and become underrated because they're so normalized. Like I'll look at a van Gogh and I'm like wait this really is amazing you guys don't get it
Shakespeare is like this
Every time I see a Van Gogh that’s not one of his better known pieces it absolutely blows me away
Have you seen this shit my liege? smh unreal
I saw one of his paintings in person in a nearby museum and tbh most times when I see paintings like it's cool but it's not THAT cool
But my eyes just caught on this frantic little spiral in a cloud. You could see the brushstrokes. You could see the speed, the skill. It was physical. He was in the room with you, his hands were still on the painting. Careless precision. Frenetic serenity.
Look how the green field shimmers. Look at how that sea moves and how the green-yellow grass is still.
Fuck!

My one boring tip to anyone in their 20s is to resist the temptation to rot in your room every time you get a free moment. Dismiss any neuroses you have about going outside and "being perceived". Be a dictator about it, plan your hangouts like they are binding commitments. No excuses! Go to the bar with your friends. Be kinda hungover at work. Socializing is like exercise; even if you don't feel like you want to, you should still do it because it's good for you.
The world has irrevocably changed 😃
There’s also already five cases of cops stalking their wives, mistresses, ex-girlfriends, ex-girlfriends new boyfriend etc like this - there no warrant required, no supervision around who or when cops can access these systems.
Police departments don’t even have systems in place for when cops retire or fired to make sure their Flock credentials are revoked. Crazy days.
Hell yeah CLRG!
let's all care. Forever
I feel like tumblr should be bigger fans of The Blues Brothers. It's a movie that has everything we value as a community. Attention and respect to pioneering black musicians, open hostility to nazis, open defiance to police, Carrie Fisher with a rocket launcher and flamethrower, a soundtrack that goes hard as hell, John Belushi so blasted on cocaine that he continues to do somersaults despite having a broken ankle. It's got it all!
Frank Oz is the jail's discharge clerk when Belushi gets out of jail at the beginning.
Not getting into ending spoilers but Steven Spielberg plays a character who is pivotal to the climax of the film.
Ray Charles fires a warning shot from a pistol at a shoplifter.
They did location filming in a mall that had closed the previous year in 1978. The production fucked that mall up so bad that it remained abandoned until it was finally demolished in 2012.
A total of 60 cop cars are fucking destroyed in the movie.
It’s got Aretha Franklin as a sarcastic diner owner with her own back-up dancers. Chaka Khan is a soloist in the choir. And the whole scene set to Cab Calloway’s Minnie the Moocher is so spectacular I won’t ruin it for you.
