Hojo art summary 2025 ✨
What a year of drawing my muse Professor Hojo! 🥼 My GOAT hyperfixation that ever happened! 🥺🫶
Meanwhile, what most ppl might actually know me of drawing this year are probably my Aerti, Vincent Valentine, and Sephiroth arts (that said, only a handful of them have gotten over 15k likes across platforms). Which is a huge surprise to a small artist like me, since I was only really getting into drawing fanarts starting this year.
Throughout the year, I have asked myself multiple times and joked to my friends, what if instead of drawing a full year of Hojo, I chose to draw a full year of all the popular characters and ships which I like and enjoy too, what would happen? Might my follower numbers double or triple? Maybe? To say I’m not for one second swayed would be lying, but still my answer to the question is actually No. None of that will ever happen.
Because, without Hojo, I wouldn’t even be able to draw a full year in the first place. I would have given up AGAIN long ago, not even dreaming of starting to practise and improve my skills to the way that I’m capable of drawing today. Hojo has opened me a window to self exploration, he gives me ideas and inspirations non-stop that makes me creative, and he gives me a reason to draw what I want to express without the fear and bothering of stats. Hojo is addicting. And I’m forever grateful for that.
