i like muncey a lot, and i’d be down for veluncy, but i’d convinced y’all are gaslighting me about velasco being an interesting character. he’s so boring!
i strongly feel that the writers were considering pairing rollins and barba but saw that raul had way more chemistry with mariska and abandoned the idea.
having elliot back on his own show almost makes him leaving liv even worse. he really left her for a decade and then came back and they only hang out like… every once in a while 😭 like bro make an effort
they should bring casey novak and alex cabot back and reveal that they’re been dating/married for years.
the series should end with liv and fin both retiring and looking out at the squad room of the new generation of detectives.

I make no apologies for being a steadfast Benson/Barba shipper. He challenges her in ways Stabler never could and I love their dynamic. They already act/bicker like an old married couple. They are genuine best friends that have a deep, mutual respect for the other. Stabler/Benson just ain’t it. I feel like Liv has outgrown that relationship and she’s taken so many steps back for Stabler’s dumb ass. He still sees her as some rookie SVU detective that followed him around like a lost puppy and she’s not anymore. Don’t get me wrong, I used to love they’re dynamic but I think it’s just a case of right person, wrong time. They missed their shot. Let her move the fuck on.

and so they talk for a bit and she suddenly goes "did you get the guy who shot me?" and his face falls and then

leaves.
like, straight up dips. he doesn't even say "no" or "not yet"-- he just walks his ass right out that door.
and it's so fantastic because it's such a weird, socially awkward interaction... and yet manda would have done the exact same thing to him.

She did the best that she could. She was humiliated, and traumatized, and scared to tell the people that she loved what actually happened to her.
