New Year's Resolutions

1. Spend one hour every day reading fiction or poetry.

2. Set and keep a regular reading and writing schedule.

3. Catalogue and keep track of all articles read on the internet so I can find them in future.

4. Make time for swimming even when there is no time for swimming.

5. Continue practice of spending one afternoon each week in a city park.

6. Limit non-political activity on the internet to one post per day.

7. Write at least one magazine/newspaper article a month.

8. Do a better job meeting deadlines. Try to be no more than one week late, but preferably on time.

9. Spend more political energy on (collective) reflection and assessment in order to make political activity more productive.

10. Every time someone asks me why I'm not married, scream, "I'M MARRIED TO THE STRUGGLE!" and flip over a table.
