True Crime Community

I fully support the True Crime Community and their dedication to learning more about those who commit the crime than the general population is comfortable to admitting.  We train our boys to be killers.  Is a sniper not a spree shooter?  Is a soldier who does three tours not a serial killer?  Of course not; Our government condones it.  How about the cops killing people who are mentally ill, addicted to drugs, and others who are of no danger?  Oh wait!  The government condones that also.   We prohibit ECT on POW because it’s inhumane.  We forcibly treat MAD Folk with ECT because terrorists lives matter more.  This government disgusts me.  

I am not praising or fan-girling any killers, but they had stories and our society and health care system failed them.  .

I should know.  I was Adam Lanza for 10 years.  Now I am not.

Valentine’s Day

Reflection

No longer can we say kids kill other kids only in war Terrified kids behind enemy lines doing as they’re trained Nothing more than machines obeying orders; no more.

Disheartened youth amongst their peers acting upon impulse Anger pulsating, surging through their hormonal brains.

Cutting down lives, ending hopes, dreams, and futures Of all who are in the cataclysmic line of fire while some Stand as breathing sponges, absorbing the assailant’s rounds On the children, the school, the adults, and humanism.

Acrimony fills these young minds and bodies with malevolent motives.

Blame the weapons, the lack of God in their lives, the broken homes, Mental illness, child abuse, domestic violence: does it matter?

Look in that mirror beyond your own reflection and see what is there There’s chaos, intolerance, hatred, and an abundance of anger. A shattered mirror remains and no one will pick up the shards.

This is the world we have created for our youth and they are Rebelling; screaming into our deaf ears until we no longer can Ignore the body count that is sprouting seeds of antipathy.

Stats & Facts About Modern ECT

Most people don't believe that electroshock (electroconvulsive therapy or ECT) is still being used in modern society. This is most likely because the mere idea of electroshock is so abhorrent that most people simply can't believe it's still being used.

Disgustingly barbaric.  Too cruel to use as punishment, yet 1/3 of children and adults who receive this “therapy” do so against their will. It is forced.  The APA is pushing for more, as they lobby against the FDA.  ECT can lower one’s IQ by 20-40 points.  The abuse of us mad folk needs to end.
