This is how the music industry did market research during the 90's - 00's. With postage-paid postcards. How many do you think they got back? I bought hundreds of CDs during this time - I never sent one in. Wanna know why? I wasn't given a reason to care. No WIFM. Throw me a bone - send me a coupon or something. Nope. Nothing.
