I'm here, didn't take too long. It's Markus ! Markus would tap his foot in a consistent rhythm as he awaits for a response.

The Priest opens the door almost immediately after Markus backed away. He took one good look at him, then smiled.

I’m glad you made it! I do hope more people come in soon…

Roads were awfully empty today, so I got here quicker. Anyway, is Sam here? Markus would step in, eyes scanning around the familiar house.

Although I have not received any updates about Sam… so I’m unsure.

Markus arched a brow, a hand going up to his face to adjust his glasses. .. That wasn't what I was asking- What? Where did you even.. Nevermind. I'll give him a call, you go ahead and wait for anymore guests. If you invited anyone else. He'd make his way over to the nearest chair - taking a seat and reaching into his pocket for his phone. Markus would lift it up a bit close to his face, faint artificial light blooming from the device as he turned it on by pressing on the power button. Typing up a quick message over to his bestfriend while glancing over to Jude who's by the window waiting for people to arrive. "Hey dude, I'm at Jude's, where are you?"

No reply comes for a bit - And that's enough for Markus to turn his phone back off and look back up to the Priest who still stood by the window, obsessively watching anyone that passes by. Sam's gone. Probably busy, don't think he's coming, unfortunately.

This is something I've been thinking about for a bit. But is the multiverse a real thing? It's fascinating to think about. To know that there are possibly thousands of copies of you out there with their own unique lives.

Figured you'd be the best guy to go to about this.

Would you have other versions of yourself if the multiverse is real? Or are you above that, and will be the only King in Yellow ever? Because if you could have other versions of yourself, one of them is probably a mortal king! And I think that's awesome.

So, at any given time, one is just able to.. find themselves in Carcosa. If they're unlucky enough that is. You must be really unlucky.. Or just a special case because The King did - or does want you as his vessel. Are you doing alright, by the way?

I'm glad to hear that you're doing just fine too. I'm curious about another thing. Is there a way out of Carcosa if one somehow finds themselves inside of it? I know if I ask The King regarding this, he won't give me an answer. Perhaps you know something? Because you've been in and out of Carcosa, I assume. Or you are in Carcosa, and you're unable to leave - Just somehow talking to me from there.
