Miért van az, hogy az egylabas RDL kivételével az összes lower body gyakorlatot utálom, miközben meg az összes upper body gyakorlatot imádom, de tényleg, bármelyiket. Mondjatok nekem olyan LB exerciset, ami jó és nem kell hozzá gép, csak súlyok, KB, pad, szalag, labda, saját testsúly, szóval bármi a kondigépeken kívül.

És hát ez eléggé az első 40 évem volt. De ismerek elég sok embert akire szintén igaz. Amíg nem elég rossz, hogy változtasson az ember, addig jó az a "megvagyok" érzés is.

Someone said “The slow burn of becoming yourself” and I think that might be one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard.
