Songs I'd write fic to Part 3: Limerent by Daddy

Recently found this band by their song "Candy", every song on their albums is so beautiful, like seriously every song. Very heavy on the summer/fall vibes imo!

This is definitely on the "use-for-an-animatic-or-edit" side of art imo because the chorus is really the highlight of the song, but there are some real standout lyrics in this song as well! Here's a favorite lyric of mine:

As for fandoms, I had a hard time thinking of specifics, but I think the arcane fandom might really like this song, particularly timebomb shippers :]

All of the songs on Lola's album are just so gorgeous UGH. This song is no exception okay, idk how to describe it but her voice sits in the instrumental SO WELL

And for fandoms I associate with it,,,, Ada from Nevermore. This is PAINFULLY Ada from Nevermore </3 if you have any doomed characters in doomed relationships go wild but Ada just takes the cake here, it just works for every arc she goes through 😭

I really liked the opening verse, it's SUCH a strong start but like Southern sky almost all the verses/chorus lyrics are very ao3-titleable LOL

I'm figuring out what to do with the main blog still so I thought it would be a cute series just talking about my favorite songs at the moment and some fandoms I think would really like it 👀

This song is so pretty!!! Alex G has such a good variety of songs and the house of sugar album is no exception

Also the WHOLE song is real ao3-titleable but the last chorus is real good someone make an animatic rn

As for applicable fandoms I've been reading Star Catcher on webtoon recently because I needed smth lighthearted and kinda cheesy to read in my free time, but this totally reminds me of their first meteor shower scene!!

My wife Shorouq and I, along with our three children, including our youngest who is just a baby, are struggling to survive the horrors of war. We’ve been forced from our home, left with nothing but the clothes on our backs, and now live in a tent, constantly on the move in search of safety.

Our eldest son, Qusay, has been fighting a battle of his own since birth, born with severe heart problems. He has already endured multiple surgeries, and he urgently needs ongoing medical care that we simply cannot provide in these conditions. His fragile health, combined with the devastation of war, leaves us with no choice but to seek help.

I humbly ask for your support. Whether it’s a donation of 105 kronor or whatever you can spare, or simply sharing our story, your contribution will help us escape this nightmare and give Qusay the medical care he needs to survive. It will allow us to find a safe haven where we can rebuild our lives and protect our children’s future.
