Ok here’s the number one homemade baked chicken tender recipe of all time
1. Marinate some chicken tenders overnight in a jar of pickle juice. Don’t need to add anything just marinate them in pickle juice
2. When you’re ready to cook, set out three deep/pie plates. Put some flour seasoned with seasoning salt or garlic salt in the first. In the second, beat an egg. In the third, combine some finely crushed French’s Fried Onions (like the kind that come in a can) and Panko breadcrumbs and seasoning lightly.
4. Heat the oven to 375. Set a baking rack into a rimmed sheet pan so that the chicken fingers will get air circulation under them. Spray the rack with cooking spray.
5. Dredge the chicken in flour, then egg, then pack on some of the breadcrumb-onion mixture, immediately transfer to the prepared rack.
6. Once all the chicken has been coated and is put on the tray, spray lightly with cooking spray. Put in the oven for 15-18 minutes until cooked through. Enjoy with some honey mustard or ranch
Here’s my personal Cheese Fondue Recipe
This doesn’t use a white wine as a base, and I like it because it’s usually cheaper to buy a case of Chicken Broth than it is to buy a bottle of cooking wine.
Ingredients:
• 12-14 oz Cheese Blend. For this I have 6oz of a Fondue Blend,(Raclette, Gruyere and Fontina) with 8 oz Mozarella.
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 cup low-sodium, good-quality chicken broth
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon finely minced or pressed garlic
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black or white pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• Pinch of paprika
Two important things to note: The only the Cheese, Broth, Lemon Juice, and Corn Starch are strictly necessary. Everything else... just go nuts. Try adding Honey, Sugar, Cayenne Pepper, herb blends, etc. that you think would pair well with your cheese.
Also, the Cheese blend really can be nearly whatever you want. The Cheapest to best flavor that I have found is 2oz Parmesan, 6oz Cheddar, and 6oz Mozzarella. Cheddar and Mozzarella are, as every American knows, the staple Melting, Gooey Cheeses and also the cheapest, so don’t think you should get fancy cheeses for this. I supplement whatever fancy cheeses I buy with Mozzarella, both for the stringy gooey factor, and for the mild scent. Be careful with strong, nutty cheeses like Parmesan, as while they do add a lot of flavor, they also can make your fondue odorous, which may be a turn off to your guests and roommates.
1. Pour the can of Broth into your Fondue Pot, or a medium-small pot on stovetop with medium heat, or a Crock Pot.(the only purpose a Fondue Pot Serves is that it keeps things warm while serving at the table so your fondue doesn’t coagulate. If you want to have a Stovetop Fondue Party, go nuts) let it just barely simmer.
2. Put your cheese blend and Corn Starch in a gallon size bag and shake that Fricker up. The corn starch acts as a binding agent that will help the cheese mix with the Chicken Broth.
3. Slowly mix in the cheese with your simmering Broth and Lemon Juice. Make sure the cheese fully incorporates with the cheese.
4. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly, you should have a cheese blend that is liquid in the pot, but stringy when on your favorite dipping items.
5. Serve with whatever you want. French Bread Cubes is traditional and cheap, pear slices are also common. I’ve enjoyed Pretzels, Pretzel Chips, Pita Chips, Toast, pan-seared Deli Cuts, Sliced Vegetables, and Cured meats. I’ve also heard amazing things about Steak and Mushrooms. Look, it’s Liquid Cheese that’s slightly fancier than Nacho Cheese. Just use appropriately slightly fancier dipping foods and go ham.

I’m Cryssy Teigen and today I’m revoking someone’s right to vote. And also showing you how to make potatoes in two different ways!!!
To give some context, my family has recently moved into a new house and as of right now we still don’t have a kitchen and with Coronavirus, I doubt we’ll have one any time soon. So we’ve been doing all we could with just a microwave and a single burner.
To satisfy a personal vendetta against shit for brains fucking idiots who don’t listen to the ministry of health and make some yummy pomtatoes!!!!! you will need:
Potatoes
Oil
Pecorino or cheese of choice
Salt
Rosemary
Civic awareness
A conscience
To make microwave potatoes:
First of all, accept the following apology: I am so, so sorry. They do taste good though.
Then, you’re gonna dice your potatoes until they’re approximately the size of third of your pinky finger, season them with salt and rosemary and cook them for twenty minutes in a microwave-safe container, taking them out to flip them about ten minutes in. Once they’re done, add your cheese and hatred for those who have no respect for professional doctors who are risking their lives as we speak to save someone else’s.
To make my legendary pecorino fries:
Here we fucking go kiddos oohhh yes let’s FUCKING gooOOoOoO this is the perfect quarantine recipe.
Cut your potatoes to fry-shape (or get funky, why not) and put them in water for about two hours. This is gonna make them extra crumchy once you cook them.
Then, you’re gonna want to dry them as much as you can so that the oil won’t fucking splash everywhere and make you grow several appendices on your body when you fry the potatoes. Season with salt and rosemary.
You can either deep-fry or pan-fry the potatoes, I chose to pan fry them because we only have one pot and one pan and my mom was making soup in the pot. I love you mom.
Once your potatoes are thorougly cooked, drain the oil and add the cheese.
Eat thinking of how lucky you are to have a brain that allows you to not simultaneously put your friends, your two year-old nephews and your parents at risk just because you didn’t feel like staying inside. Man, could you believe if people did that? Those guys would be some seriously stupid assholes, fuck them.
Send me your quarantine potato pics I love you all,
-Mom
