Nessie’s Bitchin’ Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients
22 slices of cheap ass American cheese slices
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup of coffee mate original creamer
2 tbsp margarine
4 tbsp modelo beer
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Pinch of white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the water, creamer, margarine, and beer
Slowly start adding cheese slices and whisk them until well blended
Once everything is well blended, add the salt and spices and whisk in
Serve with those microwaveable soft pretzels, tortilla chips, or whatever else you want :)
