Heya! I realized that mayhaps following three of your blogs without explanation is kinda weird... so I just wanted to let you know that I read "Wow, What a Coincidence" and it was so peak (like the peakest of the peak) that as soon as I saw that you had a tumblr I just had to follow it! And then I realized you had a TLOZ blog too and it was game over for me...

But also. Your fic. It was so so so awesome and sweet and wholesome and funny I enjoyed it so very much. Like all the pranks and games (especially the no phone week) were so entertaining and yippie-yay-yippie-yo, and the more emotional scenes were so heart-affecting (Big Leo's and Dee's talk! The reunion?!? Mikey's therapirazion and the brothers telling him he doesn't need to do that! Everything about Raphael screaming crying throwing up,) and the tense scenes had me wanting to strangle the bad guys like no Bop and Rock or whatever their names were get outta here especially you old crusty musty Old Hob no ones wants you (especially Rancy! Ughhh I hated Rancy!! Might’ve gotten his name wrong that's just how much I disrespect him.) It was just a very wild ride but I enjoyed every second of it! Very lovely family fic <33

But um yeah. I love it. Like a lot lot. I'll have to read the other stories from that universe soon 👍👍👍

Oh, no worries at all!! Following people is never weird :D I checked out your blog too and was surprised at how many fandoms we have in common (including world trigger my beloved)! So yeah, looking forward to seeing you on my dash :D

Also thank you for reading WWAC and letting me know you enjoyed it!! It's one of my favorite universes right now, and I hope to get back to writing the sequels soon. I'm currently (slowly) working on covering canon events from the show/movie, and I'm also working on a space fic that happens a little later in the timeline, too, and I'm really lookong forward to that one :D

The reason I'm not *actively* working on WWAC is because I accidentally got hyperfixated on a Twilight Princess accurate-to-the-game-plus-some-headcanons novelization 😅 I'm a little more than 1/3 done writing and it's looking to be a monster (my writeup is on 21 chapters and 60k words, but Link is just about to start the fire temple, and my mapping is looking like ~70 chapters total??) but it's flowing pretty well so I might start posting that soon :D

He was just a farm kid but when his friends were carried off by monsters, he ran after them, injured, unarmed (unless you count a toy sling shot), on foot.

And then he saved the world

He also has such a whack first few days on that journey and just rolls with it. Gets turned into a wolf (and eventually back to normal). Meets a sassy little imp who can literally fly and phase through walls but needs his help for some reason. Oh and meets the kingdom's princess. Also chats with the squirrel who hangs around his tree house all the time, meets a monkey that has figured out that fire dispels poison gas, buys oil from a bird running its own shop, and gets tackled by his undead predecessor in the form a spirit wolf.

That's a ride and a half and all that is in the first 5 hours or so of the game (probably 1-2 days in game time)

All this to say, this kid goes through a lot in order to rescue his friends, and then manages to befriend the prickly little imp and help her out, too

Ahhh Silksong how I wish I could play thee. Unfortunately I have a full-time job, a toddler, and my current laptop just doesn't handle Steam games very well, so I'm going to have to wait until conditions change.

(Also Age of Imprisonment looks AWESOME but I don't have any plans on buying a Switch 2 unfortunately)

Someday if I magically have time and the resources, I'd also like to play both Portal games, Jedi Survivor 1 and 2, and all the other Zelda games I've never played for myself before (there's a lot of those)

So this is a bit of an odd one, maybe, but in Skyward Sword there's that guy on Bamboo Island who used to be The Cool Guy of Skyloft, but he got old, had a daughter, and started stess eating and gained weight because he was so worried for her. And now here he's found a healthy outlet cutting bamboo when he's stressed instead. I liked that.

(I looked up his name just now (Peater) and apparently his daughter's the lady who runs one of the shops and has a crush on Link, and Peater's more worried about her running off with a boy than anything. I definitely thought his daughter was the little girl who befriended that one vampire guy, whoops).

Idk most of the games I like are pretty popular haha. There was one I played tho called Grimm's Hollow that's free on Steam. Overall it's a cute cozy game with multiple endings that could be fully played in a single day or two (most people beat it within 2-3 hours and unlock all endings within 6 hours). The whole story is about grief, so it might not be for everyone, but it has a cute art style, and it was relatively easy.
