Alright sorry but I’m pretty sure that paladins (except pidge) don’t have a set age except for mentioning that Hunk, Lance and Keith being in their late teens and Shiro in his early twenties. Late teens are anything between 16-20 years depending on where you live. Aka there’s a good chance Keith is over 18 years old. Not to mention that Shiro is mentioned in his early twenties so anywhere between 20-25 years.

I don’t ship it but until creators don’t set clear ages we can’t tell if it would be paedophilia or not. Still, pairing an 18 years old guy with a 25 years old guy wouldn’t be the best idea because humans develop until 21 years of age meaning Shiro and Keith would have a pretty big imbalance in maturity and gives this relationship a good chance to be toxic and even abusive.

I don’t think creators would out Shiro x Keith in it unless they set the characters’ ages, Keith would be over 18 years old and their age gap wouldn’t be a huge one (for example Shiro would be 21 years old and Keith 18-19). So I don’t think it will happen.
