Bowen has created a novel that hooks readers on the first page with the imagery that she has created. I generally navigate towards fantasy but The Paris Apartment has made me fall in love with historical fiction. Kelly is able to incorporate a timeless feel when reading the novel. I had difficulties putting the novel down. By the time I finished it was 12 am! To summarize this novel all I can say is breathtaking, transforming and heartbreaking~ in the best way!
